    Errors not working Empty Errors not working

    Hi all

    For some reason the error(s) are not showing in the login screen if a user types in the wrong username/password.
    This only happens in the new version.
    I echoed '$form->num_errors' and it's showing '0'.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
